Sara-Anne ::  Coordinator

Hometown:  Tacoma, WA

I’ve lived in Seattle:  13 years

My family consists of:  Andrew (husband), Aiden (3 ½) & Peter (1 ½)

5 fun facts:

1.       I haven’t met a cookie I didn’t like … or candy! (except black licorice)

2.       I enjoy hiking

3.       We are active volunteers at Side-by-Side, an organization that comes alongside families with seriously ill children

4.       I love browsing thrift shops and antique stores

5.       I love adventures – especially when they are spontaneous!

 

 

Erica ::  Speaker Coordinator

Hometown:  Seattle!

I’ve lived in Seattle:  32 years, with the exception of 4 years in California

My family consists of:  Shawn (husband), Audrey (4), Lucas (2) & Zoey (dog)

4 fun facts:

1.     My family consists of my husband, Shawn and two kids Audrey (5) and Lucas (3)

      2.    We got a black lab puppy during quarantine last year who is now *finally* mellowing out! 

      3.     I have dreams of starting a vegetable garden but do not have a green thumb whatsoever

      4.    My favorite hobbies are cooking and running  

Michelle ::  Hospitality

Hometown:  Toronto

I’ve lived in Seattle:  Since November 2015

My family consists of:  Peter (husband), Dylan (5) and Matthew (2 ½)

5 fun facts:

1.       I love to travel

2.       My parents are from Jamaica

3.       I love reading

4.       I am learning how to swim

5.       I love holding babies but am too shy to ask

Amanda ::  Budget

    Hometown: Idaho (my family is in Boise) I have lived in Seattle now longer than I lived in Idaho!

    Fun facts:

    1.     I have three daughters, including one Pandemic baby!   

    2.    Christian (my husband) and I got to live in London for two years before having kids, so were                                      able to enjoy working over there and getting quite a bit of travel in! 

    3.     I am a CPA and I have taken the last ~18 months off of work due to having a baby in the pandemic, but am back to my new job now!

Hometown: Long Island, NY - my family moved to Washington when I was 15, and I went to high school on San Juan Island, college at University of Washington!

    Fun facts:

    1.     I have two daughters  

    2.    I work part time for a large law firm downtown. I love having that experience in my life as well as learning new things about the law and doing legal research.

    3.     I am one of four daughters, even my dog was a female when I was growing up.

    

    4.    I took Russian for three years in college, but can hardly remember it now.

                                        

Kim :: UPC Liasion

Hometown:  Mercer Island, WA

I’ve lived in Seattle:  all of my life, except during college

My family consists of:  Kurt (husband), Ben (22), Zach (19), Luke (16) and Rocky (dog)

5 fun facts:

1.       I love the sunshine and being outdoors, especially on the water

2.       I love playing tennis … and hate to lose!

3.       I don’t really like long hair on guys. Wouldn’t you know that all 3 of my sons now have long hair!

4.       I avoid museums

5.       I have a really keen sense of smell, which can be challenging in a house of boys. But also a fun way to remember events and places, as scents ALWAYS remind me of something!
